SUMMARY:
Job Title: Senior Legal Specialist (Legal Manager)
Location: Centurion
Salary: R1,000,000 – R1,200,000 per annum (Including STI)

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

We are looking for:
A Senior Legal professional with a strong background in banking or National Credit Act compliance.

Key Requirements:

BComm and LLB qualification
Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking or NCA-related legal work
Strong understanding of South African financial regulations
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Must be able to analyse financial statements
Debt review, Sequestration, and Administration
Manage Legal Collection Process

Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice on banking and credit-related matters
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents
Ensure compliance with the National Credit Act and other relevant regulations
Support the business in risk management and legal strategy
Team Management
