JOB SUMMARY:
Our client operating in the Financial and Insurance services sector is in the market for a Financial Business Analyst to join their team. The incumbent must have 3-5 years' experience in financial services corporate environment. Please see the performance area criteria below for a more detailed description of the required responsibilities.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

BCom degree in Finance, Information Systems and Business Management.
3-5 years' experience in Project management and Business Process Analyst type role.
3 – 5 years client experience management or process optimisation within a financial services environment is essential.

Performance Areas (Responsibilities):

Internal processes: Develop and drive the implementation plans of finance technology solutions that support the finance and operations community in achieving its objectives.
Client centricity: Providing expertise and advice to clients and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with peers and stakeholders.
Compiling and controlling budgets to minimise expenditure in alignment with tactical delivery plans.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the financial division.
