Prepare and review monthly management accounts. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting. Ensure accurate month-end and year-end close processes. Perform financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Maintain strong financial controls and compliance procedures. Assist with audit processes and statutory reporting requirements. Partner with operational stakeholders to support business performance. Drive process improvements and efficiencies across the finance function. Requirements BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 5 years' experience in a Financial Controller, Senior Accountant, or similar role. Strong financial reporting, management accounting, and budgeting experience. Advanced Excel skills and strong systems knowledge. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Essential Immediately available or available on short notice. Able to commit to a 12-18 month fixed-term contract .
