SUMMARY:
A leading international investment and real estate group is seeking a skilled Financial Controller to oversee the finance function for its South African operations. This role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of high-end properties and a competitive remuneration package. If that’s you, apply now!

POSITION INFO:

Oversee and manage the full finance function. Consolidate financial results across multiple entities. Prepare and review financial reports for accuracy and compliance. Conduct operational audits to identify efficiencies and ensure controls. Support system migration from Pastel to Sage X3. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to support strategic financial planning.

Skills & Experience:
Proven consolidation experience (group structure exposure preferred).
Strong financial reporting and audit background.
Ability to adapt to changing systems and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Qualification:
Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Completed SAICA articles
Minimum 5 years post-articles experience.
