Requirements

At least 3 years management experience within a finance or accounting role.
Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage

Duties

Lead internal and external audit relationships.
Review weekly flash reports and assist with central office reporting.
Improve financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Design, implement, and maintain effective accounting programs and controls.
Drive optimization of divisional accounting systems, people, and resources to ensure performance excellence.
Monitor processes, systems, and trends to enhance productivity and achieve strategic objectives.
Manage change and improvement projects, benchmarking and recommending enhancements to accounting and IT systems.
Ensure accurate preparation and reporting of accounts, taxation, budgets, and forecasts.
Oversee financial management and internal controls.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, business units, and suppliers.
Lead, develop, and manage divisional accounting staff and performance.
