Our client, a leading financial services organisation, is seeking a Financial Controller to take full accountability for financial governance, reporting excellence, and operational control across the business.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end financial control, including month-end close, consolidations, management accounts, and statutory reporting.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, regulatory frameworks, and internal risk and governance standards.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support executive decision-making.
Implement and maintain strong financial controls, policies, and process optimisation initiatives.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

CA(SA) preferred; with strong post-article experience.
4–6 years’ experience in financial control, financial reporting, or similar roles within financial services, banking, insurance, asset management, or fintech.
Solid technical grounding in IFRS, regulatory compliance, and financial governance.
Strong analytical ability, proven stakeholder management skills, and a track record of delivering under
