We’re Hiring: Financial Controller (Centurion)
Are you a strategic finance professional with strong technical expertise, a passion for compliance, and a proven ability to drive financial efficiencies? An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Financial Controller to join a dynamic team.

This role is ideal for a detail-driven leader who can ensure financial integrity, strengthen internal controls, and support business growth through accurate reporting and strategic financial management. SAP experience essential.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: â Maintain and strengthen the financial and internal control environment â Ensure compliance with financial control policies, IFRS, and legislative requirements â Compile and submit monthly management reports and group reporting requirements â Manage internal and external audit processes, including Annual Financial Statements â Oversee tax compliance, submissions, and tax audits (VAT, PAYE, Provisional Tax) â Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes â Manage balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and provisions â Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and controls â Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the finance team â Support ERP implementation and finance operational improvements Requirements: ð¹ CA(SA) essential with 5 years Management Accounting experience ð¹ Proven experience in a Financial Controller or similar senior finance role ð¹ Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax legislation, and statutory compliance ð¹ Experience in audit management and financial statement preparation ð¹ Strong ERP systems experience ð¹ Excellent analytical, reporting, and leadership skills ð¹ High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
