POSITION INFO:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Financial Controller to join a well-established organisation based in Sandton . This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the full finance function while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your expertise will directly contribute to the success of the business. Duties: Oversee the full financial reporting function and ensure compliance with IFRS. Prepare monthly management accounts and annual financial statements. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting. Ensure accurate reconciliations and month-end close processes. Liaise with auditors and manage the annual audit process. Drive financial controls, process improvements, and compliance. Partner with operational stakeholders to support commercial decision-making. Education and experience: CA(SA) qualification is essential. 3-5 years' post-articles experience. Previous experience within the property industry will be highly advantageous.
