A leading hotel and casino brand are in search of a Financial Controller to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be a CA(SA) with strong leadership abilities who can manage the full accounting function and on-share their skills.

Job and Company description:

A well-renowned casino and hotel brand are in search of a Financial Controller to lead their team to success whilst initiating cost-saving initiatives. The incumbent must ensure all financial accounting functions are performed and in compliance with company policy.

As Financial Controller you will be responsible for:

Preparing financial reports.
Analyzing financial data.
Monitoring internal controls.
Overseeing and preparing income statements.
Participating in budgeting processes.
Managing financial transactions.
Streamlining accounting functions and operations.
Developing plans for financial growth.
Evaluating and managing risk.
Coordinating audit processes.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) with 2 years post article experience OR newly qualified CA(SA) from big 4 firms
Managerial experience
Ability to work independently and build a team
Cost reduction without sacrificing quality
