Finance Meets Foundations: Be the FD Who Builds More Than Just Numbers! A building and construction giant based in Carletonville (Johannesburg West) is looking for a dynamic Financial Director to bring fresh energy, sharp insights and solid leadership to their powerhouse team.

POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Be Doing (And Loving):

Steering financial strategy, planning & management like a pro
Keeping budgets tight, costs lean and forecasts razor-sharp
Taking charge of cash flow, project finance & costing – Construction waits for no one!
Driving investor funding and JV opportunities
Delivering impactful financial reporting, analysis & compliance
Managing risk, contracts & commercial oversight
Acting as the trusted financial advisor to the business, shareholders & Board

What We Need From You:

A finance all-rounder with 8+ years in a full finance function leadership role
Syspro experience is non-negotiable
Strong people management skills
A strategic communicator with social savvy - You’ll be engaging with everyone from site staff to the boardroom
