A globally established FinTech organisation, with operations across Singapore, the United States, Australia, and South Africa, is seeking a commercially astute Finance Director to take full leadership of its finance function within a fast-scaling digital environment.

This is not a traditional finance role. It is an executive leadership position in a business where innovation is constant and financial governance must be precise, agile, and forward-looking.

Operating within a hybrid model, with collaboration based out of Century City when required, this opportunity offers international exposure, executive visibility, and the ability to shape financial strategy across multiple jurisdictions.

• Oversight of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles
• Strengthening internal controls, governance, and risk management frameworks
• Management of external audit processes and key audit relationships
• Cross-border compliance across South Africa, Australia, Singapore, and the United States of America
• Oversight of VAT, PAYE, GST, corporate tax, and transfer pricing structures
• Management of deferred revenue accounting and complex revenue recognition models
• Strategic input on pricing, modelling, investment decisions, and capital allocation
• Support of M&A activity, integration projects, and restructuring initiatives
• Driving automation, systems enhancement, and finance process optimisation

• CA(SA), AGA(SA), or ACCA qualified
• 10+ years' progressive financial management experience
• Proven multinational exposure (essential)
• Strong technical grounding in deferred revenue accounting
• Deep understanding of foreign tax compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Experience engaging at a Board level and influencing strategic decisions
• Advanced Excel capability and ERP proficiency (Navision, SAP, or similar)
• Strong financial modelling and analytical expertise
• Commercially sharp, strategic, and confident in executive environments
