A leading logistics company that is part of a JSE listed group and has focused on the industry for over a decade is seeking an experience Financial Director. As the Financial Director you will be reporting into the board and must have experience leading and building a strong Finance Department. The successful incumbent will also be exposed to the full finance and operational aspect within the business.  

This position will be based in Pietermaritzburg

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Cashflow management strategies and operational guidance
• Design and implementation of management and financial reporting systems
• Directing financial planning and strategy.
• Assessing, managing, and minimizing risk.
• Analysing complex financial data.
• Managing internal controls

Experience and Skills:

CA(SA)

Seven years’ post article experience

Experience in team management and reporting to the board will be beneficial
