POSITION INFO:

A multinational manufacturing company is looking for a well-versed Financial Director to join their team in Kenya. This company has been around for over 70 years and forms part of a listed concern. The company has a world-class research and development facility offering technical and inventive product development support to clients. The focus of the role will be to support the MD in re-aligning and optimising the structure and business models in the region. The role will include duties such as:

Management of all group financial functions across all entities
Reviewing and assisting the MD with optimising the business models
Reviewing and interrogation of monthly results
Management of working capital
Treasury
Annual statutory audits
Budget process
Year end procedure
Group reporting
Responsible for administrative issues such as insurance and business licences

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications & Experience

CPA or ACCA
10 or more years’ experience in manufacturing
