POSITION INFO:
Work closely with the Directors to advise and ensure all the requirements are fulfilled to successfully list the company
Build value to creating interest with investors
Managing banking relationships
Managing the financial department
Overseeing all financial activities, reporting on revenue, training accounting staff, budgeting, forecasting, disbursing funds to departments, managing risk, implementing policies, reviewing and improving financial processes, submitting tax.
