A leading manufacturing company based in the scenic KZN Midlands is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Financial Manager to join their dynamic leadership team.

POSITION INFO:

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact on business performance.

Key Requirements:

Qualified CA (SA), CIMA or MBA
Minimum 10–15 years’ relevant experience, with a strong focus in the manufacturing industry
Proven commercial acumen with the ability to partner with operations and drive profitability
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full financial function and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Drive financial strategy aligned with business objectives
Partner with operational teams to improve efficiencies and margins
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Provide strategic insights to support decision-making at executive level
