A luxury hospitality brand is currently looking for a highly skilled Financial Manager to join their exceptional finance team on a permanent basis. You will have the opportunity to strategically oversee and optimize the company's financial operations, including forex and offshore transactions, while supporting global growth through financial planning, modelling, and compliance.

Duties:

Oversee all financial management activities, including transaction processing, approvals, and compliance with company policies.
Manage and execute forex and offshore transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions and drive profitability.
Collaborate with the executive team to set financial objectives and monitor performance against targets.
Prepare detailed financial reports, including variance analysis and financial projections.
Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with international financial regulations.
Facilitate audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure the integrity of financial information.
Be open to extensive international travel to our various locations and to support financial operations globally.

Qualifications & skills:

Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) designation is preferred.
3+ years of relevant experience in financial management, with a strong background in handling forex and offshore transactions.
Proven track record of academic excellence, with strong grades and notable achievements.
Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to diverse cultural and business environments.
Demonstrated experience in financial modelling, planning, and forecasting.
