A prominent player in the financial services sector is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to manage financial operations and drive strategic decision-making within a dynamic environment.

Duties:

Oversee the financial management function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial controls.
Conduct financial analysis to support business strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive operational efficiencies.
Manage cash flow and liquidity to optimize financial performance.

Qualifications & skills:

CA(SA) qualification is essential.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
