Our client is a leading manufacturing company. They are committed to operational excellence and innovation, and they are looking for an experienced Financial Manager to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of their manufacturing operations. This includes managing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, analysis, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. The role involves strategic planning to enhance profitability, streamline financial processes, and support decision-making within the organization.

Duties (not limited to):

Financial Planning & Analysis: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Provide financial insights and recommend corrective actions.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Oversee audits and ensure compliance with financial standards.
Cost Control: Monitor and optimize manufacturing costs, inventory, and profit margins. Implement cost-saving measures.
Cash Flow Management: Manage working capital and cash flow, ensuring financial stability.
Strategic Guidance: Collaborate with leadership on financial strategy, investments, and risk management.

3+ Years experience within the Manufacturing industry
