POSITION INFO:

Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to drive growth and profitability
Optimize financial processes and controls to ensure operational efficiency
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to provide accurate insights for decision-making
Conduct return on investment (ROI) and profit analysis to support strategic business initiatives
Oversee financial reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and regulatory adherence
Provide commercial insights to guide investment decisions and long-term planning
Support business expansion by conducting financial planning and risk assessments for new ventures
Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented culture
Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations, industry best practices, and company policies

Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in developing and executing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability
Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial reconciliations, ROI analysis, and profit evaluation
Extensive knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
Ability to analyze financial data and provide commercial insights that inform strategic decision-making
Background in financial planning and risk assessment to support business expansion and new ventures
Experience in managing financial operations and optimizing processes for greater operational efficiency
Leadership abilities to develop, manage, and inspire a high-performing finance team
In-depth understanding of financial regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices
