This entrepreneurial, solutions-driven business in the manufacturing and project delivery space is expanding and requires a hands-on Financial Manager to align group reporting, manage consolidations, and support the integration of two dynamic entities. The role offers a platform to make real impact across operations, finance, and strategy, while working closely with leadership in an exciting and evolving environment.
Other duties include:

• Full financial reporting function, including consolidations and AFS
• Strategic budgeting and forecasting across divisions
• Driving system integration and streamlining financial processes
• Overseeing project-based financial management and profitability tracking
• Partnering with executive leadership on strategic initiatives

• CA(SA) qualification essential
• Further studies or short courses in systems or project management would be advantageous

• Minimum 5 years post-articles experience in manufacturing, construction, or engineering
• Exposure to project environments and system integrations
• Proven experience in leading finance teams and aligning reporting to group standards
• Strong leadership presence—able to stand your ground, take ownership, and influence at executive level
• Big-picture thinker with high accountability and a passion for continuous improvement
