POSITION INFO:
Our client isn’t just part of the mining and industrial supply chain — they fuel it. Behind every haul, every drill, every tonne moved, there's a force of strategy, precision, and relentless drive. Now, they’re looking for a Financial Manager with the same fire. This is no desk-bound, spreadsheet-only gig. This is where grit meets growth. You’ll be embedded in a high-impact industry, managing multi-million Rand flows, optimizing costs across rugged supply lines, and shaping financial strategies that power real-world progress. If you can speak the language of margins and machinery, this is your arena.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Full financial management: Reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and compliance
Strategic input on cost control, operational efficiencies, and growth opportunities
Leadership and mentorship of a small finance team
Engagement with supply chain and logistics to ensure financial alignment across operations
Stakeholder reporting and financial strategy development

Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) – either newly qualified or with up to 2 years post-articles experience
Previous exposure to mining, supply chain, or logistics is a major advantage
Grit, integrity, and the ability to work with operational and strategic stakeholders alike
Someone hungry to grow with a fast-moving, asset-driven company
