POSITION INFO:
Our client is on a mission to revolutionize the services industry and they’re looking for a Financial Manager in Transformations to lead the charge. This isn’t your typical finance role—it’s about driving bold, strategic changes that challenge the status quo and reshape how the business operates. If you’ve got a passion for financial innovation, a track record of managing complex transformations, and a fearless drive to take on new challenges, then this is your moment to make a lasting impact. Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage ESG reporting, ensuring compliance and alignment with corporate sustainability goals
Spearhead the company’s B-BBEEE transformation efforts, tracking progress and ensuring continuous improvement
Oversee the development of transformation-related financial strategies and initiatives
Collaborate with senior management to drive change across the business, focusing on sustainable and inclusive growth
Ensure alignment with empowerment policies and regulations
Ability to work independently while influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Experience and Skills Required:

BCom Degree (or related qualification)
3+ years’ experience in transformation-focused roles, specifically in ESG and B-BBEEE
Deep understanding of B-BBEEE codes and ESG reporting frameworks
Strong strategic and analytical skills with a passion for making an impact
