POSITION INFO:
Our client is redefining the retail game and they’re looking for a Financial Manager - Controlling who’s ready to own the numbers and drive strategic financial decisions. This isn’t just about balance sheets—it’s about making an impact where the action is. Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage internal controls and ensure compliance across financial operations
Oversee balance sheet management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Take charge of financial reporting, ensuring that financial data supports key decisions
Design and implement strategic controls to safeguard financial integrity
Ensure robust financial compliance across all levels of the business

Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) with 2 years post-qualification experience
Exposure to the FMCG/Wholesale industry (either in a direct finance role or through audits)
Strong expertise in reporting, compliance, and internal controls
Ability to manage balance sheets and provide strategic insights to senior leadership
Someone eager to lead in a fast-paced environment, with a drive to innovate and improve systems
