Financial Manager

POSITION INFO:

With markets in constant motion, they need a Financial Manager who can bring control to the chaos, spot trends before the algorithms do, and keep the engine running tight at every turn.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) financial reporting
• Oversee and drive the company’s B-BBEE strategy and reporting, ensuring alignment with regulatory and business goals
• Partner with HR, procurement, and operations teams to implement and monitor transformation initiatives
• Compile and analyze data related to ESG and transformation performance metrics
• Support the finance team with core financial functions, including reporting, budgeting, and compliance
• Assist with preparing for B-BBEE verification audits and external ESG assurance processes
• Ensure regulatory compliance and contribute to transparent, ethical reporting standards
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement in transformation and sustainability efforts

• BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a finance-related role, ideally with exposure to transformation and/or ESG reporting
• Strong working knowledge of B-BBEE legislation and ESG frameworks
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
