Our client is looking for an experienced Financial Manager to take full ownership of the finance function—driving strategic insight, ensuring compliance, and optimizing financial performance.

Duties:

• Lead and manage the full accounting function
• Drive month-end and year-end closings, journal reviews, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Deliver financial insights and decision support to enable impactful business strategies
• Ensure full compliance with IFRS, tax laws, and financial regulations
• Manage corporate tax affairs and liaise with SARS, auditors, and regulatory bodies
• Maintain and enhance internal controls and financial processes

• BCom Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role—FMCG or manufacturing sector preferred
• Solid expertise in IFRS, tax regulations, and financial compliance

• Pastel experience would be advantageous
