Key Responsibilities:

Financial reporting & analysis
Budgets & forecasting
Costing (deep manufacturing & product costing experience essential)
Internal controls & compliance
Treasury & forex management
Tax planning & audit readiness
Automation of financial processes
Team leadership & people management

ð What You Bring to the Table:

â CIMA or CA(SA) qualification
â SAP experience (non-negotiable)
â Strong costing background in a manufacturing environment
â Proven experience in automating and streamlining financial processes
â Hands-on and operational mindset – You thrive on being close to the action
â Excellent leadership skills – You can drive and inspire a finance team
â Able to manage both local and international stakeholder expectations
