SUMMARY:
This established business is looking for a strong, people-focused Financial Manager to lead the finance function and support cross-functional teams in a hands-on, collaborative environment.

POSITION INFO:
A well-established company is seeking a Financial Manager to take full ownership of the finance function while actively supporting operations and commercial teams. This role requires a confident leader with a mentorship mindset, someone who thrives in a team-oriented culture and can confidently work across departments.

Other Duties Include:

Overseeing the full finance function and leading a small finance team
Partnering with sales and operations to ensure financial alignment and insight
Driving process improvements and supporting cross-functional initiatives
Providing financial input for decision-making across the business
Ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance

Education:

Completed BCom Degree (essential)
A management or leadership course would be advantageous

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Strong management and leadership experience
Operational finance exposure and a hands-on working style
Confident communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
Experience working with SAP (advantageous)
