I’m actively building a pipeline of high-calibre CIMA-qualified and cost-focused finance professionals to represent in the market. This is not a single vacancy. This is about finding ambitious, commercially sharp individuals who want the right move - not just the next one.

Who I’m Looking For:

Are CIMA qualified or in progress, or have strong cost / management accounting foundations
Have experience in manufacturing, FMCG, engineering, mining, logistics, or production-driven environments
Understand standard costing, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and margin optimisation
Can translate numbers into commercial insight, not just reports
Have personality, presence, and the confidence to partner with operations
Whether you’re hands-on at plant level or operating closer to strategic decision-making - there’s space for you.
