POSITION INFO:
Position: Financial Controller / Finance Manager
Location: Johannesburg North
Qualifications: CA(SA)
Experience: 3 to 5 Years Post-Articles

Full Finance Function Oversight: From daily operations to monthly close, you’ll be in the financial driver’s seat
Financial Reporting: Be the brains behind the numbers. Prepare accurate, timely reports that help leadership make decisions on the fly
Budgeting & Forecasting: Help fuel the future with smart financial planning
Statutory Returns & Compliance: Keep business squeaky clean with SARS, CIPC, and all the usual suspects
Cash Flow Management: Make sure business don’t hit the brakes. Manage the money so the wheels keep turning
Process Optimisation: Spot inefficiencies, cut the red tape, and help automate what you can

ð What We’re Looking For:

CA(SA) qualified (non-negotiable)
3 to 5 years' post-article experience, ideally in a fast-paced or entrepreneurial environment
Proven ability to work independently and hit the ground running (leadership doesn’t micromanage, they empower!)
Strong technical accounting, tax, and financial reporting skills
MS Excel wizardry and systems savvy
