SUMMARY:
A JSE listed property company is looking for a talented individual to join their dynamic team as a Financial Manager.

POSITION INFO:
My client is a leading property company, listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, and dedicated to excellence in property management, development, and investment. Their portfolio includes some of the most prestigious properties in the region, and they pride themselves on delivering outstanding value to their stakeholders. The successful candidate will be highly analytical and strong with reporting.

Duties:

Group annual financial statements
Prepare technical accounting papers
Taxation for the group
Consolidations
Financial reporting
Board and Audit Committee submissions
Internal and external stakeholder relations

Education and Experience:

CA(SA)
At least 4 years post-articles experience
Property industry experience will be beneficial
