POSITION INFO:
A well-established ICT franchise is seeking a experienced Financial Oversight Manager for a 12-month contract position. While the operational finance function is already managed by an on-site team, this role acts independently and reports directly to the holding entity, ensuring financial transparency, robust internal controls, and strategic oversight.
You will be responsible for final approvals of purchase orders and payments, in-depth review of monthly financials, monitoring regulatory and contractual compliance, and ensuring all reconciliations and provisions are appropriate. Your ability to challenge processes constructively and improve financial discipline will be key.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong analytical abilities, a questioning mindset, and a commitment to upholding financial standards in a fast-paced ICT environment.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Completed SAICA articles or equivalent financial qualification
- Minimum of 5 years’ post-article experience in financial control, auditing, or oversight roles
- Experience with Pastel Accounting
- Strong knowledge of internal controls, balance sheet reviews, and regulatory compliance
- Previous exposure to ICT, audit, or franchised businesses beneficial
- Strong character, high ethical standards, and attention to detail
