As the Financial Manager, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the company’s financial health and growth. You will be responsible for managing budgets, preparing reports, overseeing compliance, and supporting decision-making processes with accurate financial insight. This is a hands-on role with direct involvement in both operational finance and strategic planning.

Duties:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including management accounts, monthly reporting, and cash flow forecasts
• Prepare and analyse financial statements in line with internal and external requirements
• Partner with internal departments to develop and manage budgets and forecasts
• Support costing processes, especially across manufacturing operations
• Assist with audit preparation, tax submissions, and regulatory compliance

• Qualifications:
  • Completed BCom Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant financial exposure, ideally within a similar or related sector
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
  • Solid understanding of costing, stock control, and financial planning
