Duties:

Lead the budgeting and forecasting process across departments
Perform in-depth financial analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
Prepare and present management reports and monthly performance packs
Assist with cost analysis and profitability studies to support strategic pricing
Oversee general ledger functions and ensure accurate financial reporting

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:
- BCom in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (completed)
- Honours Degree highly beneficial and preferred
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years financial management or related experience
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
