One of the TOP banks in S.A. is seeking an experienced and qualified Finance Manager / Management Accountant to join their Rosebank team.

All checks will be conducted upfront: ITC, Crim, sequestration, ID, Fraud, Matric, tertiary and 2 reference checks.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate finance strategy into actionable plans for the business.
• Provide visionary leadership to the financial management team.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to resolve complex financial issues.
• Deliver insightful financial and non-financial reporting to drive decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes.
• Drive cost optimization and value-added financial services.
• Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with group policies.
• Manage and mentor a team of 4–10 direct and up to 50 indirect reports.
• Lead feasibility studies and financial input for strategic projects.
• Foster strong relationships across business units to support growth and innovation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Postgraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (Required)
• Experience: 8–10 years in financial or management accounting roles, with proven leadership experience
