Key Responsibilities:

Partner with senior leadership to drive financial and strategic decision-making.
Lead the integration of technology and automation into financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
Develop and maintain data-driven financial models to support business performance.
Drive process improvement and operational efficiency across divisions.
Provide commercial insight and challenge to optimise profitability and performance.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Chartered Accountant – CA(SA) (non-negotiable).
Minimum of 5–8 years’ post-article experience, ideally within a fast-paced, complex, or technology-driven environment.
Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, Senior Financial Analyst, or FP&A Lead.
Strong technical acumen with exposure to ERP systems, BI tools, and automation platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A passion for using innovation and technology to transform financial functions.
