POSITION INFO:
As a dedicated Recruitment Consultant specialising in Finance, I’m currently partnering with clients who are actively seeking Financial Managers with solid academic credentials, leadership potential, strong technical skills, audit grounding, and long-term career ambitions. If you're looking for new challenges within fast-paced and financially complex environments, then I’d love to explore how your skills align with roles across the logistics, manufacturing, and FMCG sectors.

Education:

A Post-graduate qualification in Finance and Accounting is required.
Certifications & Licenses (highly preferred in Kenya):
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K)
- CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) (advantageous)
- IFRS Certification – for international reporting compliance
- KRA Tax Compliance Certificate (preferred)

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 10 years' experience in finance, accounting, or audit
Advanced Microsoft Excel
ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, and Sage)
Prior experience at a Big 4 or reputable audit/accounting firm is highly valued
Strong understanding of internal controls and financial audits
Excellent verbal and written communication
