Duties:

• Overseeing the full finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Ensuring compliance with IFRS, tax legislation, and corporate governance requirements for listed entities.
• Managing and mentoring a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Working closely with senior leadership to provide strategic insights and support business growth initiatives.
• Liaising with Auditors, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Driving process improvements and implementing robust financial controls.

• Qualifications:
  • BCom Degree (essential)
  • SAICA or SAIPA articles completed
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar senior financial role
  • Proven team management and leadership capability
