POSITION INFO:
Our client is a respected organisation known for its operational excellence and innovative supply chain capabilities. The Financial Manager will oversee the full finance function, contributing directly to performance optimisation and business sustainability. This opportunity suits an individual who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to influence key business decisions through strong financial insight.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the finance team in managing daily financial operations and month-end close.
Design and implement budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Deliver accurate financial statements and insights that support the business strategy.
Maintain robust internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness.
Analyse financial data to support operational efficiency and profitability.
Manage external stakeholder relationships, including those with Auditors and financial institutions.
Drive system and process improvements across the finance function.
Develop and mentor finance staff to ensure continuous growth and capability.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Post-graduate studies is advantageous).
5–8 years’ experience in a senior finance role within the logistics, distribution, or industrial sectors.
Strong track record in financial leadership, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Deep understanding of financial controls, reporting standards, and risk management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organisation.
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance detail with big-picture thinking.
Advanced experience working with ERP and financial systems.
