A growing and established business in the consulting and construction space is seeking a dynamic Financial Manager to take their finance team to the next level.

Other duties include:

Driving accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management.
Providing strategic insights to improve efficiencies and profitability.
Managing and mentoring a team while streamlining processes.

Education:

Completed BCom degree OR Qualified CA(SA)

Job Experience & Skills required:

5–7 years’ post-qualification experience.
Previous exposure to consulting or construction industries preferred, but open to other sectors.
Strong people management experience.
Proven ability to influence decision-making at a strategic level.
