POSITION INFO:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven Finance Manager (CA(SA)) to step into a leadership role within a diverse, international environment. This role will give you the chance to work with USA listed entities, while strengthening your expertise in areas such as US GAAP, tax, and financial reporting. Duties:

Oversee accurate financial reporting, consolidations, and analysis.
Ensure compliance with US GAAP and tax legislation.
Manage reconciliations, controls, and audit processes.
Provide insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
Drive continuous improvement across reporting systems and processes.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:
- Qualified CA(SA)
Experience:
- 5–7 years post-articles experience in finance management
- Exposure to multinational / FinTech / financial services industries preferred
- Background in a USA listed entity highly advantageous
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, tax, reporting, analysis, and reconciliations
