POSITION INFO:
Our client is a leading force in the materials handling industry — an innovative, fast-paced company that keeps supply chains moving and industries operating at full speed. As they continue to expand, they’re seeking a sharp, strategic Financial Manager to drive smarter decisions and support sustainable growth from the inside out.

Details:

Salary: R 950 000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

Full financial management and reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Oversee cost controls and labour recovery processes
Lead and mentor the finance team
Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, and audit requirements
Drive process improvements and financial efficiency
Business partnering with operations and supply chain teams
Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Registered CA(SA)
Minimum 1 year of management experience
Experience in industrial or supply chain industries (non-negotiable)
Exposure to labour recovery processes
Strong people management skills and the ability to lead a finance team
