POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and review of financial statements for manufacturing operations
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across production and supply chain
- Ensure full IFRS, tax, and regulatory compliance
- Analyse cost drivers, optimise processes, and provide actionable insights for business growth
- Manage and mentor the finance team, ensuring strong operational support and development

Skills & Requirements:
- BCom in Accounting/Finance (Honours a plus)
- 7+ years’ finance experience (manufacturing preferred)
- ERP/manufacturing system expertise
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Proven ability to turn financial data into strategic decisions
