SUMMARY:
Are you a results-driven Finance professional with a passion for optimising operations and driving business growth? Our client in the Manufacturing/FMCG/Food Production industry is seeking a Finance Manager to lead their finance function and provide strategic financial direction. This is an exciting opportunity to add value in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

Managing the full finance function, including reporting, budgets, forecasting, and controls.
Overseeing cost management, stock, and inventory controls within a production environment.
Driving financial performance through strategic insights and business partnering.
Preparing monthly management reports, variance analysis, and statutory compliance.
Managing and mentoring the finance team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and development.
Implementing and maintaining robust internal controls to support operational effectiveness.
Supporting senior management in decision-making and long-term business planning.

We’re Looking For:

A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) or CIMA professional.
5–7 years’ experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, or food production environment.
Strong background in cost accounting, stock management, and operational finance.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency.
Hands-on, adaptable, and commercially minded.
