We are looking for a Financial Manager to optimize revenue streams in high-volume, fast paced event environments. Deliver strategic financial insight to drive growth and operational agility.

POSITION INFO:
Empower data driven decision-making through precise financial forecasting and analysis. Streamline payment systems, event reconciliations, and revenue reporting in real-time environments. Partner cross-functionally to enhance profitability and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure alignment with company goals and event cycles.
• Manage revenue tracking and reconciliations for ticket sales, including real-time monitoring of payment gateways and transaction records.
• Analyse sales data and financial reports to identify trends, optimize pricing strategies, and maximize profitability.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop financial models supporting event planning and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls specific to the ticketing and entertainment industry.
• Lead audit processes and liaise with External Auditors to maintain transparency and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Monitor the cash flow and manage working capital to support high-volume transaction periods during ticket releases and events.
• Implement financial systems and tools that enhance efficiency in reporting, payment processing, and risk management.
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to guide investment decisions and business growth initiatives.
• Manage relationships with payment processors, banks, and other financial partners critical to the ticketing ecosystem.
