POSITION INFO:
This is more than just a numbers game. You’ll be driving cross-border investment strategy, managing portfolio company performance, and working directly with key stakeholders to shape the financial future of high-growth businesses across the continent as the key Financial Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning, reporting, and investment analysis for multiple Pan-African portfolio companies
Partner with deal teams on due diligence, valuations, and fund structuring
Manage investor reporting and compliance for private equity structures
Drive value creation and operational excellence across investments
Provide strategic insights to support M&A activity and exit planning

Job Experience & Skills Required:

CA(SA), CFA, or equivalent with 5+ years’ experience in financial management
Strong background in investments, private equity, or corporate finance
Proven experience working with Pan-African portfolios or cross-border finance
Excellent grasp of financial modelling, valuations, and performance tracking
