POSITION INFO:
This is more than just a numbers game. You’ll be driving cross-border investment strategy, managing portfolio company performance, and working directly with key stakeholders to shape the financial future of high-growth businesses across the continent as the key Financial Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, reporting, and investment analysis for multiple Pan-African portfolio companies
• Partner with deal teams on due diligence, valuations, and fund structuring
• Manage investor reporting and compliance for private equity structures
• Drive value creation and operational excellence across investments
• Provide strategic insights to support M&A activity and exit planning

• CA(SA), CFA, or equivalent with 5+ years’ experience in financial management
• Strong background in investments, private equity, or corporate finance
• Proven experience working with Pan-African portfolios or cross-border finance
• Excellent grasp of financial modelling, valuations, and performance tracking

• Junior to senior Finance professionals within Insurance, Banking, investments, and financial services
