SUMMARY:
A leading player in the industrial solutions space is growing and seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to take full ownership of the finance function, while providing strategic input to the leadership team.

POSITION INFO:
This established business operates across manufacturing, engineering, and construction projects, delivering high-quality, technically driven solutions to its clients. The role requires a Finance Manager who is not only strong in day-to-day accounting but also capable of contributing to the broader business strategy and managing the overall financial performance of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily accounting operations and financial controls
Prepare management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
Provide strategic financial insights to support key business decisions
Ensure compliance, governance, and sound financial reporting
Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost efficiency
Drive process improvement and system optimisation across the finance function

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) qualification with 8–10 years post-articles experience
Strong background in manufacturing, construction, or engineering
Hands-on approach to accounting with the ability to manage a full finance function
Proven track record in providing strategic and operational financial leadership
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
