They’re looking for a dynamic Financial Manager who can balance leadership, technical excellence, and business acumen - all while managing a high-performing team of 10.
Based in Menlyn, this role offers exposure to international clients and reporting structures, including collaboration with a UK-based Finance Director. You’ll be responsible for the full finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and seamless outsourcing of financial services to global partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the
full financial function across local and international business units
- Manage and develop a
team of 10 finance professionals- Ensure accurate and timely
management accounts, budgets, and forecasts- Drive compliance, governance, and financial controls in alignment with group standards
- Liaise directly with the
UK-based Finance Director and senior leadership
- Manage outsourcing of financial services to recruitment subsidiaries
- Prepare and present
annual financial results and board-level reports
Job Experience and Skills Required

CA(SA) qualification – essential
-
3+ years post-article experience in a
commercial finance management role
- Proven leadership experience with teams of 5 or more
- Strong understanding of
annual financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance- Exposure to
international reporting structures and clients- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, people-focused business
