A leading and expanding organisation within the agricultural sector is seeking a highly experienced Financial Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations and ensure sound financial management across all business areas

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA or equivalent qualification advantageous)
• 8 years’ financial management experience in a medium to large organisation
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, reporting, and compliance
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software systems
• Experience in agriculture is beneficial but not essential

• Oversee and manage the full financial function including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and audit standards
• Prepare and present management accounts, financial statements, and performance reports
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost control to support operational efficiency
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and support decision-making
• Manage and mentor finance staff to ensure effective workflow and professional development
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
• Implement and maintain effective financial controls, systems, and procedures
