POSITION INFO:
A renowned name in international freight and logistics, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Financial Manager (CA(SA)) to join their high-performing finance team based in Bryanston, Johannesburg.

This permanent role offers the ideal platform for a technically strong and ambitious finance professional to gain exposure within a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment. You will play a key role in overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial management—ensuring the business continues to operate with accuracy, efficiency, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation and review of monthly and annual financial statements
Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and cash flow reporting
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal control frameworks
Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making
Liaise with auditors and coordinate the annual audit process

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) qualification (essential)
Minimum 2 years’ post-articles experience in a finance or audit environment
Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Exposure to the industrial or logistics sector will be advantageous
